Job descriptionExecute and track program performance from planning to delivery. Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project. Lead avionics product development with focus on continuous improvement. Report risks and escalate issues as per program governance.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead EPIC programs across IFS COE, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality goals.
- Manage global teams and stakeholders through robust project tracking and communication plans.
- Drive adoption of automation, Agile, and Lean practices to reduce cost and cycle time.
- Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with IFS execution and SDP A3 initiatives.
