Immediate Start : Technical Sales Engineer

Ceratizit is a global leader in the tooling industry, renowned for our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Pune region.

Responsibilities

• Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s share at key accounts.
• Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customer’s challenges.
• Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.
• Conducting brand promotion activities / seminars / product training at the customers.
• Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities and documentation with CVF.
• Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.
• Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments / order booking.
• Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customer’s terms and conditions.
