Role Description

This is a hybrid volunteer role, with the responsibility of assisting in stock and order management. The intern will handle tasks such as updating inventory records, processing online orders, conducting stock audits, liaising with suppliers, and responding to customer inquiries. This role is located in Chennai, with some work from home permitted.

Qualifications

• Inventory Management and Stock Control skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Interest in fashion and retail industry is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management) is beneficial
