Job Description : -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage import-export related accounting, banking operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordination with banks, overseas suppliers, and internal stakeholders along with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Handle Import & Export documentation and coordinate with overseas suppliers.
• Manage Issuance and monitoring of LC (Local LC / Import LC / Buyer’s Credit).
• Assist in Bank Limit Renewal (Fund & Non-Fund based) and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare LC Utilization Statements, Fund Planning Reports, and Exposure Statements.
• Manage Marine, Road Transit, Property, Tank Terminal, and Godown Insurance, including claim documentation and submission.
• Conduct Damage Claim Calculations and follow up with insurers.
• Handle Bank Stock Audits and maintain accurate collateral / margin records.
• Review and verify Purchase, Sales, Transport, Clearing & Storage Bills.
• Manage GST filings (GSTR 1 / 3B / 9 / 9C / 2B / 8A) including preparation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Handle TDS deduction, TDS return filing, and related compliance.
• Prepare Accounts Payable & Receivable statements and ensure timely settlements.
• Conduct 26AS reconciliation and ensure proper ledger accounting.
