Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in the field of research on machine learning
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
- Proven track record of conducting ML research, demonstrated through publications or contributions to the machine learning community.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning and other ML techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.

Technical Skills
Conduct in-depth research and development of machine learning algorithms and models.Explore and experiment with novel approaches to solve complex business problems using AI-ML techniques.Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.Design and implement machine learning experiments. Analyze and interpret results to derive meaningful insights.Participate in the development and improvement of existing machine learning models and frameworks.Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using various metrics and optimization techniques.Work on large datasets to pre-process, clean, and validate data for training and testing machine learning models.Experience with big data processing tools and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.People Skills
