Roles & Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers for the business development- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for new customers / clients.
- Know the requirements of the clients, what they are working on, and make presentations to meet their needs.
- Thorough analysis of the companies attending the various conferences and making presentations based on the analysis.
- Respond to requests for information and requests for proposals from customers. Provide technical information for proposals such that it meets the client's requirements.
- SAP-CRM & sales force – adherence to the system, timely update of Salesforce data.
- Market research for identifying and targeting new prospects in companies where company services can be sold.
