As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept through completion, managing design teams, and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Junior Interior Designer

(1-2 years of experience)

As a junior designer, you will support senior staff with concept development, drafting, presentations, and day-to-day project coordination while continuing to develop your design skills.

Key Areas of Evaluation :

• Design portfolio and presentation skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E selection
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Understanding of space planning, color theory, and design trends
• Communication and collaboration skills
• For senior roles : leadership ability, project management, and client handling
