Interior Designer (Head of finishing)

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end design and execution of premium residential interiors . The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, extensive experience in high-end homes, and a proven ability to manage clients, vendors, and project teams across all stages of the design process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects for luxury and premium residences.
• Work directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
• Develop detailed design concepts , including space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
• Create and oversee design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations .
• Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget , and up to quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth project execution.
