Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our ERP, which includes modules for HRMS, Loan origination, servicing, collections, recovery, and mobile applications. The role involves managing a cross-functional team of 25+ members, ensuring seamless integration of on-premise and cloud systems, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple modules
• Coordinate efforts across a 25-member cross-functional team, including developers, QA engineers, BAs, and DevOps.
• Oversee and manage both on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP) for application hosting and scaling.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery using Agile methodologies, utilizing Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage expectations.
• Work closely with engineering teams proficient in .NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB to ensure technical feasibility and performance.
• Manage source control and CI / CD pipelines using Git and other DevOps tools.
• Integrate and supervise the development of AI modules in alignment with loan risk scoring, predictive collections, or customer profiling.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, and post-implementation reviews.
