Job Summary

We are looking for seasoned Construction Managers to lead and execute large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidates will come with a strong contracting background, proven experience managing multiple high-value projects, and deep knowledge of construction execution, budgeting, team leadership, and quality control. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on technically challenging and high-budget assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Prepare and manage detailed project execution plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, structural consultants, and third-party contractors.

Site & Execution Management

Oversee daily operations at the construction site and ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

Monitor and track project milestones, proactively addressing delays or execution challenges.

Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & Resource Management

Lead and supervise construction teams including project manager, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Allocate responsibilities, ensure manpower and material availability, and provide on-ground technical guidance.

Evaluate team performance regularly, offering direction, training, and performance feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience : 1520 years in a contracting firm.

Project Exposure : Experience managing multiple projects (min 3 major construction projects) worth 100 Cr or more.

Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, regulatory codes, and safety standards.

Leadership & Communication : Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse on-site teams with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Project Tools : Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or other ERP tools used in construction management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Local Kannada-speaking candidates will be preferred for better communication with on-ground teams.

Candidates from general contracting firms with experience across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
