The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling client requirements independently. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent client interaction skills, and a proven track record of successful closures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
• Handle client requirements independently and maintain strong relationships.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage and prioritize multiple mandates within deadlines.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
• Participate in employer branding, campus drives, and recruitment initiatives.
