Job Description : Salesforce Scrum Master & Project Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Scrum Master & Project Manager with over 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects in the manufacturing domain. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, strong Agile leadership, and a deep understanding of project management principles to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Community Cloud, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Oversee the development process, working with Salesforce developers to implement best practices in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Ensure effective data management strategies are in place for data migration and integration, optimizing data flows with third-party systems.
- Manage CI / CD processes using tools such as Gearset or Copado, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and minimizing production risks.
- Enforce security and compliance measures by configuring roles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and implementing enhancements across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Required Technical Skills :
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Community Cloud, with hands-on experience in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and complex custom objects.Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for custom development, including the creation of triggers, controllers, and batch processes.Strong understanding of DevOps practices related to Salesforce, including CI / CD, version control, and deployment management.Qualifications :
Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, particularly in the manufacturing domain.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Salesforce Administrator, Scrum Master, and Manufacturing Cloud certifications (Salesforce Developer certification preferred).Proven track record of leading Agile teams and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.Omniskope Inc is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
