Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Technical Solution Architect Agentic AI

Role Summary :

In this role youll be a part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance among others set to expand across service lines.

The assistant vice president of agentic AI solutions supports the design implementation and optimization of AI solutions using autonomous agents to enhance process efficiency decision-making and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with product engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Opportunity assessment : Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying Agentic AI solutions such as workflow automation and decision agents.

Architectural design : Lead the design of multi-agent architectures and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations.

Integration collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) customer relationship management (CRM) and Helpdesk platforms.

Proof-of-concept development : Oversee the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.

Performance optimization : Monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and latency and optimize accordingly.

Compliance assurance : Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance security and ethical AI guidelines.

Documentation and training : Create comprehensive client-facing technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Expertise in AI frameworks : Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) autonomous agent frameworks and workflow orchestration tools.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination.

Integration experience : Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools like Salesforce ServiceNow SAP and Dynamics.

Analytical mindset : Ability to define measurable success metrics and analyze performance data.

Communication skills : Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and business audiences.
