Technical Solutions Architect

Job Summary –

The Solution Architect will closely associate with a client (account) and be responsible for translating the client's technology standards and framework utilization for specific system solution designs. In addition, SA will also be working with client personnel and executives to understand functional and technical problem statements, identify patterns of issues, and subsequently work with the Mphasis team to identify, justify, and design solutions.

Location : Any Mphasis location (Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Noida / Mumbai / Pune)

Technical Skills : Solution Architect - Application Development (Java / .Net / Cloud)

Domian : Banking

Responsibilities for this position include :

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in one or more solution domains - Application, Data or Cloud, archetypes as well as the customer’s technical and business environment.

Develops compelling customer proposals and critically reviews them, manages the expectations of internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring the meeting of customer’s business and technical requirements are met.

Quantifies the impact of the business problem(s), positions business value, identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the overall proposed solution to achieve long-term business objectives.

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure proper architecture implementation.

Act as a trusted advisor to our project managers, providing end-to-end accountability for technological directions in project delivery.

Participates in deep-dive discussions and partners with the account sales & delivery team to build customer relationships at all levels

Proactively shares knowledge with peers and helps develop more junior team members.

Qualifications

17+ years of experience

In-depth knowledge of building systems in distributed environment

Grew up through the SW development ranks

Proven experience in managing and responding to complex RFPs

Keen interest in keeping abreast of latest developments in Information Technology

Ability to work on a set of concurrent technical and communication tasks

Experience in working for Banking, Financial Services domain
