Job descriptionManage listings, project pages, and lead flow from portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, CommonFloor , etc. Ensure property details, images, pricing, and project descriptions are accurate and updated. Track portal lead performance, quality, and coordinate with portal account managers for optimisations. Oversee the entire lead journey—from enquiry to site visit to booking. Track lead movement across stages and identify bottlenecks in the funnel. Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups, TAT adherence, and conversion improvement. Maintain a clear view of site visits, walk-ins, hot leads, and daily / weekly sales funnel performance. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering leads, portal performance, funnel analytics, and sales progress. Develop dashboards for management, highlighting trends, conversion rates, revenue projections, and pipeline health. Share insights on lead quality, sales activities, and operational gaps. Present clear summaries for review meetings with leadership. Liaise with sales, customer support, marketing, and external portal partners. Support in documentation, project updates, brochures, and content inputs for listings. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, pricing, offers, and project status. 4–7 years of experience in real estate CRM, lead management, or marketing operations . Strong knowledge of CRM tools, real estate portals, and lead funnel processes . Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and MIS reporting . Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with large datasets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing Manager with strong expertise in CRM management, real estate portals, lead funnel optimisation, and MIS reporting . The ideal candidate should be excellent at handling end-to-end lead flow—from capture to closure—while ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Management
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM (Zoho / Salesforce / Sell.do / NoBroker CRM / custom CRMs).
- Ensure accurate lead entry, proper tagging, follow-up tracking, and status updates.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, reminders, lead distribution rules, and follow-up checks.
- Monitor lead ageing, leakage, drop-offs, and escalate issues to sales teams.
