Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finishing Engineer. The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the finishing crew, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, and conducting quality inspections. The role also involves preparing and managing project documentation, providing technical guidance, and resolving any finishing-related issues that arise during the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and finishing activities.
• Finishing experience is must and Tile & granite work experience is added advantage.
• External Development Experience is added advantage.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
