Finishes Engineer for Mixed use Development at Kolkata

Job Responsiblities

• Managing, planning & monitoring execution of Interior fit-out finishes works as per GFC drawings and designs within quality standards, safety parameters in coordination with brands, consultants, services team and to hand over the same to client
• Planning, monitoring & execution of interior fit outs works as per BOQ specs, working methodology.
• Quality control as per company standards, checklists, BOQ and engineering drawings.
• Checking and verifying JMRs & certifying RA bills.

Required candidate

7-12 YRS experience in real estate projects , preferrably from Kolkata region
