Rayat Bahra Professional University is seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader for the position of

Dean – School of Law

• . The Dean will provide strategic leadership to strengthen academic excellence, research, and institutional growth within the School of Law.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Law.

Develop and implement curriculum in line with BCI and UGC guidelines.

Promote quality teaching, research, publications, and student development.

Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Build strong industry, legal, and academic linkages for placements and collaborations.

Ensure adherence to statutory and accreditation standards.

Represent the School in university-level and external committees.

Qualification & Experience :

Ph.D. in Law with a distinguished academic record.

Minimum 15 years of teaching / research experience, including 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.

Strong understanding of legal education, research practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Skills Required :

Excellent leadership, academic planning, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage faculty teams and drive academic innovation.
