Project Coordinator – Overseas Projects ( Africa )
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between the clients, and on-site teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics partners for timely material dispatch and delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project records, purchase orders, shipment details, and progress reports.Prepare and submit regular project status updates to management.Financial & Administrative Support
Track project expenses and support the finance team in verifying vendor invoices and payments.Assist in budget planning and cost control.Basic knowledge of Export procedures and PVOC (Pre-Export Verification of Conformity) certification for Tanzania and other African cities.
Additional Candidate Requirements :
Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)Should have a smart and confident approach with the ability to manage and communicate with overseas clients.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
