Project Delivery Manager
As a seasoned program delivery manager , you will oversee the implementation of multi-stakeholder best-practices programs across public-sector and enterprise partners.
This role requires strong coordination, execution, and results-driven skills, with an ability to measure success without relying on single initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams, experts, and internal stakeholders to launch pilots, publish case studies, and achieve adoption and revenue targets.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage master plans, dependencies, and KPI dashboards; facilitate ceremonies (kickoffs, stand-ups, retros) and ensure workstreams meet deadlines and budgets.
- Act as primary point of contact for 10–15 external partners (public and private sector); drive agendas, decisions, and action items with effective follow-through.
- Collaborate with partners to scope lightweight proofs-of-concept; define success criteria; convert results into repeatable playbooks and public-ready artifacts.
- Coordinate creation of playbooks, policy templates, training materials, and benchmark scorecards with research and communications teams.
- Monitor revenue / costs by workstream; manage Statements of Work / Purchase Orders; ensure invoicing and collections align to milestones.
- Enforce ethics / privacy reviews, accessibility checks, and brand / neutrality guidelines; document approvals and retain evidence.
- Organize agendas, hosted-buyer matchmaking, and VIP logistics for virtual and in-person sessions; ensure smooth run-of-show.
- Maintain readiness data, pilot outcomes, and sponsor benefits delivered; provide weekly updates and monthly executive readouts.
- Administer Customer Relationship Management and project tools; improve runbooks, checklists, and templates for scalability.
