What You’ll Do

As a Junior Client Servicing Executive, you will :

  • Support senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings.
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence .
  • What We Want

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
