Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MES Developer with over 5 years of expertise in a developer role, who understands various aspects of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments, with a strong foundation in .NET, SQL, PL / SQL, and Java. Additionally, the role requires a proven ability to manage AMS (Application Maintenance Services) teams, handle complex SLA management with customers, and ensure the smooth operation of MES solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain MES customizations and configurations.

Provide functional and technical support for MES applications in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex MES issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Lead and manage AMS teams to deliver high-quality support and maintenance services.

Handle complex SLA management with customers, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.

Create and manage web reports to support business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance MES functionalities and performance.

Ensure the smooth operation of MES solutions in production environments.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in MES, with a focus on development roles.

Extensive hands-on experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in .NET, SQL, PL / SQL, and Java.

Proven ability to manage AMS teams and handle complex SLA management.

Strong understanding of customizations, web reporting, and configuration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in AMS contract environments.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
