📝 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune SME to lead enterprise-scale device and application management initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on end-to-end endpoint lifecycle management, security enforcement, compliance, and automation .

The SME will work closely with identity, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant device experiences for a global workforce.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS endpoints
• Define and implement device compliance, configuration, and security baselines aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Manage application delivery and lifecycle (Win32, LOB, Microsoft Store, SaaS apps) via Intune
• Lead migration from traditional management (SCCM / Group Policy) to modern cloud-based management (Intune + Entra ID)
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 security stack
• Implement mobile application management (MAM) and BYOD controls without device enrollment
• Design and enforce endpoint protection policies including encryption, patching, and zero trust alignment
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Graph API, Proactive Remediations) for repeatable management and compliance reporting
• Build and maintain monitoring, reporting, and dashboards (Intune reports, Log Analytics, KQL)
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for global endpoint issues
• Partner with security / compliance teams to ensure endpoints meet audit and regulatory standards

💡 Skills & Qualifications

✅ 5+ years in endpoint management with at least 3 years of deep Microsoft Intune experience

✅ Expertise in Windows Autopilot deployment and lifecycle management

✅ Strong understanding of Entra ID join, hybrid join, Conditional Access, MFA

✅ Proficiency with PowerShell, Graph API, and automation frameworks

✅ Experience managing application packaging and deployment in Intune (Win32, MSI, MSIX)

✅ Familiar with Defender for Endpoint , device compliance integration, and security baselines

✅ Solid understanding of mobile device management (MDM) & mobile app management (MAM)

✅ Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL for endpoint insights

✅ Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms

✅ Ability to operate in a global, SLA-driven production environment
