Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager US Healthcare RCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US healthcare revenue cycle management , including team handling and performance management. This role demands deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end US healthcare RCM processes including :
- Patient registration
- Eligibility & benefits verification
- Charge entry
- Claims submission
- Payment posting
- Denial management
- AR follow-up and resolution
- Drive daily operational performance and ensure SLA adherence across all metrics (TAT, quality, productivity).
- Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals.
- Act as the point of escalation for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce denials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (end-to-end).Must be currently working as a Senior Team Lead or Acting Assistant Manager in a reputed healthcare BPO / KPO.Proven experience in team management, client communication, and process improvement.Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, payer systems, and revenue cycle workflow.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Skills Required
