Are you an experienced Systems Administrator with a passion for aviation and defence environments? Join our dynamic team and work closely with the Airworthiness Tool Lead – Sustainment and the Sustainment Tools Capability Lead to deliver and maintain cutting-edge Sustainment Airworthiness PLM systems.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Own the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our cutting-edge Sustainment Airworthiness PLM tool.
  • Manage user access and system security in a highly regulated environment.
  • Drive system improvements through automation, performance tuning, and smart preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with leads to develop and test new features.
  • Create clear, professional technical docs and training materials.
  • Play a key role in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Handle classified info with top-notch security protocols — critical for Defence operations

About you : What You Bring :

  • Diploma or higher in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep experience with ICT system admin, deployments, and troubleshooting across physical & virtual environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in complex Defence-grade ICT systems.
  • Passion for automation and streamlining system support.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in aviation or similarly regulated industries is a big plus!
  • ISO 9001 and ITIL knowledge.
  • Strong experience in IT system development and deployment.
  • Special Requirements :

    Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
