Role Description

We are looking for a highly creative and client-focused B2C Fashion Designer & Personal Stylist specializing exclusively in Women's Wear. This unique role requires expertise in design across formal, ethnic, and casual categories, combined with strong client-facing consultation and customization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Customization :
• Conduct personalized, in-person consultations with clients to understand their occasion, style preferences, and fit requirements for custom orders.
• Present a curated selection of fabric swatches, trims, and accessories (across all three categories : formal, ethnic, and casual) to finalize design choices.
• Customize client looks by adapting designs from the company's existing catalogues, tailor-works archives, or inspiration images shared by the client.
• Serve as the primary style advisor, guiding clients on silhouette, fabric choice, and modern detailing.
• Design & Execution (Women's Wear Focus) :
• Design and sketch original concepts using both hand sketching and digital sketching techniques.
• Maintain deep expertise across the following diverse apparel categories :
• Formals : Structured and draped blazers, formal trousers, skirts, vests, capes, jumpsuits, and contemporary power suits / co-ords.
• Ethnic Wear : Kurtis, Kurtas, Anarkalis, Shararas, Ghararas, lehenga skirts, modern saree adaptations, and specialized fusion occasion wear.
• Casuals (Indian Western Casual) : Tunics, relaxed-fit shirts and blouses, versatile day dresses, trousers / jeans, and Indian-Western fusion pieces for everyday wear.
• Prepare precise technical specifications and design briefs for the production and tailoring teams.
• Material Knowledge & Sourcing :
• Possess a strong, current knowledge of a wide range of fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories relevant to high-end formal, ethnic, and casual women's wear.
• Assist in selecting and occasionally sourcing specialized, high-quality materials for bespoke client projects.
• Interpersonal, Communication, and Delivery :
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage the entire design-to-delivery process, ensuring exceptional quality and strict adherence to agreed-upon delivery timelines.
