Baby Wear Designer - Associate

Aneha is an emerging startup dedicated to designing sustainable adult and baby wear made from naturally dyed organic fabrics . We are looking for a Baby Wear Associate Designer to collaborate on our baby wear collection and bring creativity, functionality, and sustainability together in every design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging baby wear trends.
• Create sketches and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Assist in fabric and trim sourcing and selection.
• Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback on garment construction and fit.
• Support the team throughout the end-to-end design and production process , from concept to final product.
• Conduct periodic vendor visits to Tirupur for monitoring progress and quality.
• Engage in in-person discussions with the co-founders for design alignment and collection updates.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor collections .

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo an initial interview , followed by a sample design task (sketch or CAD) before the final selection.

Work Mode : Hybrid – Primarily remote, with in-person visits to vendors and co-founders for progress reviews and catch-ups

Employment Type - Full-time / Contract (1 month project, extendable)
