Job Responsibility :

• To manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and commercial functions such as vendor management, contracts, and compliance, ensuring financial discipline and smooth business operations.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, petty cash).
• Ensure timely preparation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF / ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Support in monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing and audits.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, work orders, and service contracts.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for pricing, terms, and credit.
• Handle contract administration, documentation, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and statutory requirements in commercial transactions.
• Coordinate with stores, procurement, and operations for billing, materials, and logistics.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and ensure timely payments / collections.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial compliance.
• Commercial acumen with negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / SAP / ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
