Associate Director

Job Description Summary

The Associate Director will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements. This includes architecting reusable templates for core and featured infrastructure services, leading cloud migration initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

Major accountabilities :

• Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure solutions across AWS and On-Prem environments for APD and IES business functions
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure aligned with Novartis standards.
• Oversee integration of AWS services in multi-environment setups (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Ensure infrastructure supports real-time data replication, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business continuity and compliance goals.
• Manage infrastructure cost optimization and performance tuning across environments.
• Successful deployment of infrastructure across Dev, QA, and Prod environments
• Reduction in infrastructure cost through optimized AWS consumption and instance sizing.
• Timely delivery of infrastructure components aligned with project timelines and business milestones.
• Effective monitoring and logging setup using Splunk and S3 lifecycle policies.
