The Opportunity
We have an opening for a Head of Strategy - Planning & Performance APAC to join the Corporate Strategy team positioned within Bupa’s Customer & Transformation Office. This position is available as on a 12-month parental leave contract, full time hours (with flexible working arrangements) and may be based from our Melbourne or Sydney offices.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Delivery APAC, this role is accountable for leading and managing the APAC Strategy team in :
The role requires an elevated level of influence and visibility across APAC Senior Leaders, particularly Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Directors, Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), Group Strategy & Transformation teams, and the APAC Office of CEO and Board Secretariat.

About You
We are seeking a tertiary qualified Senior Strategy Leader with experience working on strategy engagements and / or corporate planning & reporting roles. The Head of Strategy – Planning & Performance APAC will lead a high-performing strategy team and seamlessly step into the Director of Strategy role during periods of leave.
