Mission the visual intelligence layer of Perceive Now the unified interface that bridges our 25-layer validation and reasoning engine with enterprise decision-makers. Your work will define how users perceive trust, traceability, and control within Perceive Nows Agentic Swarm OS.
About Perceive Now Now builds enterprise-grade AI Trust OS a multi-agentic intelligence system that converts complex data, models, and reasoning chains into audit-ready, explainable insights.
Youll work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to shape interfaces that make explainability and governance :
- Lead the end-to-end UX lifecycle discovery , wireframes , interactive prototypes , specs , handoff.
- Define the Design System (components, typography, motion, accessibility, tokens) using Figma + Storybook.
- Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to deliver production-ready React / TypeScript components.
- Architect interaction models for :
1. Visual Workflow Studio (drag-and-drop DAG builder)
2. Validation Dashboard (evidence lineage, anomaly traces)
3. Policy Governance Console (approval gates, risk posture)
4. Executive Insight Hub (confidence meters, explainability cards)
5. Run structured usability sessions with internal / external stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts (lineage graphs, agent orchestration, confidence scoring) into intuitive visual metaphors.Build and maintain UI accessibility & consistency audits across all surfaces (web, embedded add-ins, dashboards).Drive a data-informed design culture, combining qualitative UX insights with behavioral :7 + years total design experience; 3 + years leading design or UX teams.Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise / technical systems (data, analytics, or workflow apps).Expertise in Figma, Prototyping Tools (Framer, ProtoPie), and Design Ops pipelines (tokens, versioning).Strong understanding of information architecture, system state visualization, and interaction models for data-heavy UIs.Familiarity with designing for React-based frontends; ability to inspect / debug components via DevTools.Experience with motion / transition design for communicating state changes or confidence levels.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and enterprise UI best practices.Bonus : familiarity with AI / ML visualization, data validation, or observability Stack : Figma FigJam Storybook ZeroHeightFrontend : React TypeScript Tailwind Vite
