We’re now looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer who lives and breathes high-end design – someone who can craft premium experiences across mobile apps, web applications, marketing websites and brand visuals .
Role Summary
As a Senior UI / UX Designer at Teceze, you will own the end-to-end design of digital experiences – from discovery and UX flows to pixel-perfect UI and production-ready assets.
You will work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to :
- Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive user journeys
- Deliver world-class visual design that feels modern, refined and brand-consistent
- Support graphic and marketing design needs (social creatives, banners, decks, etc.) when required
Your work will directly shape how our customers experience our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. UX Strategy & Research
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs and technical constraintsConduct or leverage user research : interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, heuristic reviewsCreate user personas , journey maps and task flows to guide product decisionsTranslate insights into clear UX recommendations and design solutions2. Experience Design for Mobile & Web Apps
Design end-to-end user flows for mobile apps (iOS / Android) and complex web applicationsCreate wireframes, low-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to explore concepts quicklyDefine information architecture and navigation patterns that scale as products growEnsure all experiences are responsive and adaptive across devices and breakpoints3. High-End UI & Visual Design
Produce pixel-perfect UI designs with a strong emphasis on typography, spacing, color and hierarchyCreate design systems, UI libraries and style guides that ensure visual consistency across productsDesign marketing websites and landing pages that are visually striking and conversion-focusedWork on graphic design tasks such as :Social media creatives and campaignsWeb banners, email templates and promo assetsPresentation decks, case studies and brand collateral4. Prototyping & Developer Handover
Build interactive prototypes to communicate motion, transitions and interactionsPrepare specs and assets for engineering teams using tools like Figma / Zeplin / Adobe XDCollaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designsParticipate in design reviews, QA and UAT to maintain design quality in production5. Quality, Accessibility & Optimization
Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices (WCAG, contrast, keyboard usage, etc.)Use analytics, heatmaps and user feedback to iterate and improve existing experiencesMaintain a strong focus on performance, clarity and simplicity in designConduct UI / UX audits on existing products and propose improvements6. Collaboration & Process
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams in an agile environmentHelp shape and refine design processes , tools and workflows at TecezeOccasionally mentor junior designers or provide review / feedback on their workPresent design rationale confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience
3–6+ years of experience in UI / UX design, product design or interaction designStrong portfolio showcasing :High-end UI for mobile apps and web applicationsUX thinking (flows, wireframes, prototypes)Visual / graphic design work (websites, marketing assets, brand visuals)Expert in modern design tools : Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar)Demonstrated experience with :Designing responsive web interfaces and dashboardsDesigning native or cross-platform mobile appsCreating design systems and component librariesSolid understanding of UX principles , interaction design, IA and usability heuristicsStrong visual sense : typography, color theory, layout, composition and iconographyBasic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) to design with feasibility in mindExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearlyStrong ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once#teceze #itservices
