User Interface Designer

1. Project Summary DotKonnekt is building an Enterprise AI Platform designed for AI Engineers from enterprise customers and internal teams. The product is currently in the “Designs in progress” stage, with foundational workflows and modules still evolving.

2. Scope of Work The designer will work on :

User journeys & wireframes

Design system / component library

UI for platform modules

Prototyping for product validation and internal demos

Modules / Screens : To be determined (platform architecture still being shaped).

3. Existing Resource s The client already has :

Feature list / PRDs from product managers

Partial internal designs in progress

No existing design system; this will be part of the designer’s mandate.

4. Collaboration Workflow Daily standups with the product team

Designer collaborates directly with :

Anurag (Primary Point of Contact)

Product managers

Expected tools : Figma + PM tools

5. Time Commitment & Timeline 20 hours per week (fixed requirement)

Timeline : 3–6 months

Expected start : Within 2 weeks

6. Designer Profile Required Mid-level UI / UX Designer

Mandatory : SaaS product design experience

Ability to work in evolving, early-stage environments

Strong understanding of enterprise workflows preferred

7. Budget Client prefers a monthly retainer model

Freelancers to propose their monthly quote for 20 hrs / week

8. Success Metrics The engagement will be evaluated based on :

Faster development cycles (clearer specs & smoother handoffs)

Better UX flows (intuitive journeys & scalable UI structure)

9. Constraints Early-stage company → some ambiguity is expected

Designer must be comfortable shaping structure from evolving requirements
