Human Resources Associate (Urgent Search)

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates via headhunting, job portals, and referrals.
• Process payroll accurately, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, maintain attendance and leave records, and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Manage employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate on brainstorming recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
