About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our global customers. You will play a key role in helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and make the most of Pickcel's features and functionalities. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via chat, email, or phone.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Pickcel's software and integrations.
  • Guide customers through product features, setup processes, and best practices.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and issue details in internal systems.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant internal teams with proper documentation.
  • Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to relay customer insights and recurring feedback.
  • Assist in improving support content, including FAQs and help articles.

What We are Looking For

  • 1–3 years in a technical or SaaS-based customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of web-based applications, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Empathetic, patient, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical thinker who can identify issues and offer effective solutions quickly.
  • Willingness to work in UK / US time zones.
