Position : US IT Technical recruiter
Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience with USA based staffing
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IT recruiting to find diversified talent.
- Should be able to work on high volume requirements in a fast pace environment.
- Work on Contract IT roles
- Develop recruiting strategies for technical requirements to meet staffing needs for clients.
- Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, negotiate rates, set up interview process and follow through onboarding process.

Excellent interpersonal communication skillsShould be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualificationsExperience with ATSMust have experience in negotiating & finalizing salary / rate with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, TN permit holders, OPT, EAD.Must have excellent knowledge on W2, C2C, 1099 - US tax terms.Must know about W2, C2C, 1099 - US tax terms.Able to search dice, monster, LinkedIn using Boolean strings.
