About the Role
We are looking for an
experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter
with a strong background in
US IT Staffing
3+ years of proven expertise
in marketing and placing bench candidates, managing vendor / client relationships, and driving the complete sales lifecycle in a competitive staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively market
bench consultants
(US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients and preferred vendors.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with
implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and clients
to ensure a steady flow of job requirements.
Negotiate rates
with vendors and clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and maximum profit margins.
Coordinate
interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and onboarding
processes seamlessly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
candidate submissions, interviews, and placements
in the database.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to track
bench availability and upcoming pipeline
Leverage platforms like
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, and LinkedIn
to identify and connect with vendors / clients.
Provide
timely communication and feedback
to candidates regarding opportunities and next steps.
Consistently achieve and exceed
sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Bench Sales within the
US IT Staffing industry
Strong understanding of
US tax terms
(W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.
Hands-on experience in marketing
OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants
Exceptional
communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with
job boards, social networking platforms, and CRM tools
Flexibility to work in
US time zones (EST / CST / PST)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, HR, or a related field.
Prior experience working with
Tier 1 vendors and direct clients
An
established vendor / client network
in the US market is highly desirable.
