Experience : We are seeking for 5+ years of Senior IT Technical Recruiter EXPERIENCE- Day one onsite

Role :

Looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter - US IT with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, and team handling.

Should be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessment for the US Market.

Requirement :

Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within the US market

Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

Should be able to work with direct / indirect clients.

Should be self-driven, creative, a box thinker, encouraging team learning and productivity that results in value-added customer service.

Excellent Communication skills

The ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.

Good Command of Spoken English.
