Job description4-7 years in strategy consulting with exposure to Tech Strategy, Operating Models, Shared Services, GCC, or M&A advisory. 3+ years writing quantitative and qualitative business cases. 2+ years leading large teams and structuring analytical workstreams. Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, technology trends, and industry frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF preferred). Sector expertise in Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, Automotive, or similar domains. MBA from a Tier 1 institute. Work on transformative projects with G2000 clients. What You'll Do :
- Lead technology-driven reinvention initiatives to help clients expand into new markets and build new capabilities.
- Redefine IT functions through strategic operating model design, workforce transformation, and GCC strategy.
- Drive Tech M&A engagements across the full lifecycle : carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, and post-merger transformation.
- Architect sourcing strategies, location models, and governance frameworks for Global Capability Centers.
- Build compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Engage in C-level discussions with advanced presentation and communication skills.
