Job descriptionMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S / 4HANA environments. Strong understanding of quality management principles. Experience configuring quality control processes. Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM. Fluency in English is required.
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to join our team as a SAP QM Expert.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and documenting quality management processes, configuring and customizing the SAP QM module, and collaborating with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze quality management processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.
- Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design quality management solutions.
- Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
- Support integration between QM and other SAP modules.
