We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Validation Expert . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in validation and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement effective validation strategies and processes , ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, driving alignment across departments.
• Establish and maintain validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ / OQ / PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring seamless execution and efficient workflows.
• Risk assessment and mitigation is crucial in this role; you will identify potential product risks related to validation and develop strategies to address them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, ensuring collaborative partnerships.
• Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, providing clarity and transparency throughout the process.
• Promote training compliance among team members on customer-related training requirements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
