Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Investor Relations Lead to build deep, trusted relationships with our HNI and retail investor community. This is a communications-meets-research role, ideal for someone who can fluently translate financial insights into compelling investor narratives, craft strategic communication, and personalize engagement based on investor interests and impact goals.

Responsibilities :

• Investor Engagement & Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for Rang De's HNI, family office, and retail investors
• Design and execute investor engagement campaigns (emails, newsletters, reports, dashboards) along with Content & Comms Team
• Generate new retail investor leads and HNIs for social investing
• Manage investor calls, presentations, and regular performance updates through Investments & Partnerships Team
• Research & Analysis
• Conduct market and investor behavior research to shape outreach strategies
• Track investment patterns, cash flows, and portfolio trends to inform proactive engagement
• Curate personalized investment insights and reports for key stakeholders
