Job Summary

The  ServiceNow Developer – AI / ML  is responsible for enhancing and customizing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. This role is pivotal in improving automation and user experience within the organization. The developer will leverage their strong technical background to build, integrate, and optimize AI-driven workflows and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow AI / ML solutions including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.

• Integrate AI-driven workflows and conversational interfaces into existing ServiceNow modules.
