Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Trainee. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions based on LawSikho's offerings. Day-to-day tasks include customer outreach, conducting presentations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The role also involves ongoing training to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and build relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet objectives
• Openness to Training and skill development for continuous professional growth
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
• Previous experience in education, online learning, or legal industry is a plus
