Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer cum Shift Incharge, located in Chennai. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, overseeing machining operations, and ensuring precision milling and programming. The Shift Incharge aspect includes supervising shift operations, maintaining production quality, and troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC Programming and Machining
• Proficiency in interpreting Technical Drawings
• Strong skills in Programming specific to computer numerical control (CNC) systems
• Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage shift operations effectively
• Relevant certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setup is a plus
