Job description$2,000 USD per month (non-negotiable starting pay) Performance-based compensation increases twice per year Has 4+ years of professional Python development experience Has shipped and maintained real production applications (not just side projects or tutorials) Is comfortable with “vibe coding” — fast iteration, practical problem solving, shipping > Communicates clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken) Can work autonomously and take ownership of features and fixes Is reliable, consistent, and long-term oriented Strong Python fundamentals Experience with backend systems, APIs, and integrations Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI / CD, deployment, debugging) Experience working on live products with real users Bonus : exposure to AI tooling, automation, or scalable systems Build, improve, and maintain Python-based applications Ship production-ready code on a regular basis Collaborate with product and leadership to turn ideas into working features Debug, optimize, and refactor existing systems Move fast while keeping code clean and reliable Are junior or still learning fundamentals Have never shipped real software Are looking for short-term or freelance-only work Need constant supervision or detailed step-by-step instructions A brief introduction Your years of Python experience Examples of products or systems you’ve shipped GitHub or portfolio links (if available)
We are hiring a Senior Python Developer to join our fast-moving, product-driven team. This is a long-term, full-time remote role for someone who has real-world experience shipping production software and is comfortable working independently.
