Junior Accountant

Job Purpose :

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping and tax filing processes for our clients, many of whom are based overseas, predominantly in Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Accounting and Audit

• Receive bank statements, invoices (both incoming and outgoing), and other supporting documents from clients on a monthly basis.
• Update transactions in the accounting software Tally ERP.
• Generate financial statements as needed.
• Perform yearly financial closure and prepare financial statements.
