About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Content Writer Executive who can bring our brand story to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital trends, enjoys crafting compelling narratives, and is eager to contribute to data-driven marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Product teams to create content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions for multiple business verticals. If you are imaginative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, this role is the perfect launchpad for your digital career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution :

Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, landing pages, and email channels.

Manage day-to-day social media activities including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring conversations, and community engagement.

Work closely with marketing leads to conceptualize and execute campaigns focused on brand building, awareness, user acquisition, and retention.

2. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Write high-quality content across formats—blogs, articles, scripts, case studies, website copy, social posts, and newsletters.

Create compelling digital assets (copy, reels, product videos, captions, creatives) that resonate with the target audience.

Translate technical information from engineering and product teams into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.

Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, messaging frameworks, and SEO best practices.

3. SEO, SEM & Performance Optimization

Assist in developing SEO / SEM strategies to enhance organic traffic, search ranking, and paid campaign results.

Perform keyword research, audit content performance, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights dashboards, etc.) to track and interpret key performance indicators.

Produce monthly content and performance reports with actionable recommendations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with designers, academic teams, engineering teams, and marketing managers to produce high-quality digital campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative digital ideas and creative content angles.

Support end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, from strategy to delivery.

5. Email Marketing & CRM

Create persuasive and conversion-focused email campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, promotions, and retention.

Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and copy based on A / B testing results and analytics insights.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or any related field.

0–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content writing.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of English.

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand communication, and content psychology.

Ability to research industry trends and produce well-structured, insightful content.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva / Photoshop, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM tools is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and analysis is a plus.

Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management skills.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
