Sr. Manager, Physical Security

We are seeking a leader, who will be responsible for physical security operations for Mumbai, Pune & Baroda . This position manages but is not limited to Security Audits Controls, Compliance, asset protection, Security Financials, Contract management and Investigations. The incumbent shall be responsible for implementing client MSA requirements and manage E-Security Projects at sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTS

Oversee cluster of sites within the Physical Security environment

Day to day physical security operations aligned with a global standard, policies and procedures

Recommend and suggest different protection strategies to harden all assets deployed onsite and for work at home (WAH) employees

Conducting investigations using different techniques and usage of security technology

Security Audits Controls and Compliance (client requirement and / or industry standards)

Implementing cost saving measure to help company in time of need & Client MSA requirements at site

Connecting with government office on business requirements

Contract Management and Invoicing for security service providers

Supports business continuity plan

E-Security Project Management for Physical security operations

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

12+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Military or Law Enforcement (with exposure in physical security operations and / or safety management).

Expertise in physical security design, implementation, risk assessments and mitigation

Strong knowledge on Security Technology such as Controlled Access System, Video Surveillance and Intrusion detection systems

Experience in conducting investigations of security and safety incidents and well adept with emergency and safety procedures.

Should have handled security guard board & experience in handling government, police and political parties

Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.
