Corporate Security Specialist ( Manager / Deputy Manager)

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security professional , preferably an Ex-Serviceman , to lead and manage all security operations for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and corporate security management , proven experience in team leadership , and the ability to design and implement robust systems for asset protection, crisis response, and compliance .

This role demands proactive coordination with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and third-party service providers to ensure a safe and secure working environment across sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the corporate security operations across offices, plants, and warehouses.
• Manage and supervise a large team of in-house and outsourced security personnel.
• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and incident response procedures .
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter security systems for effective risk mitigation.
• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments ; implement preventive measures accordingly.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or audits.
• Oversee transport security, material movement control, and visitor management systems .
• Drive training and awareness programs for security staff and employees.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and compliance documentation related to security operations.
• Support leadership in crisis management, investigations, and contingency planning .
